Ingredients
  

King prawn marinade

  • 500 g large king prawns 15-20 per pound
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp sugar

Chilli and garlic sauce

  • 50 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 red chilli diced
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¾ tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • ¾ tsp mayonnaise
  • ¾ tsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • ¼ tsp fish sauce optional
  • salt to taste
