  • ½ tsp Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru) Alternatively, use ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • 2 gralic cloves minced
  • 1 stem spring onion chopped
  • 1 inch-sized ginger peeled and minced
  • 100 g unsalted butter soften
