  • 1 BBQ
  • flat metal Turkish skewers


  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • ½ tsp table salt
  • 100 g Turkish pepper paste, biber salcasi
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Isot, Urfa pepper you can use pul biber (Aleppo pepper) too
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 50 ml oil
  • ½ handful flat leaf parsley
